Cayenne pepper and chili sauce are added to this dish to spice it up. Delicious color chicken is surrounded by green pepper, tomato, celery, and onion and garlic spices. Either stovetop or electric skillet can be used to cook the main dish.

Ingredients

  • vegetable oil                (One tablespoon)
  • Two chicken breast     (whole/ skinless/ boneless)
  • One diced tomatoes    (14 1/2 oz., with juice)
  • chili sauce                   (One cup)
  • One green pepper       (chopped, large)
  • Two celery stalk           (chopped)
  • One onion                    (chopped)
  • Two garlic clove           (minced)
  • dried basil                    (One teaspoon)
  • parsley (dried)              (One teaspoon)
  • cayenne pepper           (1/4 teaspoon)
  • salt                               (1/4 teaspoon)

Procedure

Warmth container over medium-high heat (350 degrees in an electric skillet). Add vegetable oil and chicken and cook until the chicken arrives at an inside temperature of 165°F (3-5 minutes).

Lessen heat to medium (300 degrees in an electric skillet).

Add tomatoes with juice, bean stew sauce, green pepper, celery, onion, garlic, basil, parsley, cayenne pepper, and salt.

Heat to the point of boiling; lessen warmth to low and stew, covered for 10-15 minutes.

Serve over hot, cooked rice or entire wheat pasta. 

Refrigerate extras inside 2 hours.
